Swedish
"Swedish" is the style that comes to mind when most people think about massage. The goal is relaxing the entire body and this is accomplished by rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes. Additional techniques include circular pressure applied by the hands and palms, kneading, and bending and stretching the muscles. Swedish massage is exceptional for increasing blood circulation, and improving flexibility while easing tension.

Therapeutic
Therapeutic or deep tissue massage is similar to Swedish but is used to focus on specific areas of chronic muscle tension. The focus is on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons, and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints). Ideal for unlocking chronically tight muscles. Deep, sustained pressure commands painful knots to relax and release.

Ultimate
A relaxing Swedish massage with some deep tissue focus on those troubling spots. By blending elements of classic Swedish massage with deep tissue, trigger point, and craniosacral, I can tailor a massage therapy session to your unique needs. Allowing your body to be relaxed, refreshed, and restored. I will also include a soothing aromatherpy steamed towel for your back.

Prenatal
A nurturing experience for mom and baby, this treatment relieves the physical and emotional discomfort that pregnancy brings, with a rich body butter to hydrate and improve elasticity. This prenatal massage is relaxing for all stages of pregnancy, and typically is performed with the client draped and laying on either side. (or face down in the very early stage and to the comfort level of the client).

Reflexology
Using Reflexology, this massage relieves stress and tension throughout your entire body by concentrating on corresponding pressure points on your feet or hands.

Full Body Stress Relief
My integrative approach allows your body to guide the session ensuring an experience specifically tailored to your unique, individual needs. This is a full body massage including feet, hands, scalp, and face (if desired). Soothing music, hot towels, custom padded table, and heated table enhance the relaxation experience. You can relax and slumber an extra 15 minutes after the massage for an extra charge. The result is a deeply relaxing therapy that still addresses pain, stiffness, and tension in the body.
